Andrew - Would you recommend using Lard or rendered fat to coat a cast iron skillet or pan? We currently use Olive oil, which I see isn’t a good idea.

I'm right there with ya bro! Became a carnivore 4 years ago when nothing else was helping me. It's not necessarily for every-body but I do think it's a great healing option for those with autoimmune diseases and the like. I eat a ton of good-fat and I have a 0 CAC score and my lipoprotein test is 16 (I'm 55). Happy to see someone educating others on good FATS.
