Hi! The leafy greens are a low starch vegetable. I have them under the eat less category due to their high levels of oxalates, phytates, and lectins. These compounds can cause digestive issues as well as limit the nutrient absorption from the foods themselves.
As for green beans they fall under the legume category and would be on the eat less list!
